Don Juan's Catering Menu

Thank you for your interest in our Catering Menu. We have put together the following options for you to select from.

Each order below will be ready for pick up in the standard size aluminum chafing dish.

Nachos - $60.00

Tortilla chips, refried beans, cheese, and mild salsa for approximately 20-25 people.

Quesadillas - $50.00

Folded flour tortilla triangles with melted cheese and mild salsa (20 people appitizer).

Enchiladas - $60.00

Soft corn tortillas rolled with cheese approximately 24 people.

Flautas & Chimichangas -$75.00

Flautas are crisp rolled corn tortillas filled with chicken.
Chimigangas are rolled flour tortillas filled with beef (like an egg roll).
This is a nice finger food for approximately 20-25 people.

Burritos - $75.00

Soft rolled tortillas rolled with seasoned beef.
We can fit about 24 burritos in one dish.

Taco Salad - $55.00

beans, shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, tomato, black olives and ground beef over chips.

Arroz con Pollo - $95.00

Chicken and rice. Pieces of chicken breast sauteed in butter, garlic & wine mixed with mexican rice.

Steak Ranchero - $105.00

Thin sliced steak cooked with tomato salsa, onions peppers and spices.

Fajitas - $170.00

One tray of fajita style chicken or streak (or combo) with sauteed onions, peppers with side orders of rice,
beans, sour cream, tortillas and pico de gallo, will serve approximately 14-15 people.

Paella - $195.00

Chafing Don Juan Paella rice with clams, mussles, scallops, shrimp, chicken and sausage will serve approximately 20 people.
